1-1 Therapy Sessions
1-1 therapy is suited for those seeking therapy as an individual. These sessions are conducted using the person-centered modality, meaning you (the client) are at the heart of the process; simply meaning that the sessions are directed by you, giving you the freedom to bring whatever is sitting heaviest on your heart and mind.
All sessions take place online via Google Meets and are 50 minutes long. A meeting link will be sent to your email address upon agreement of session date and time.

It can be challenging to know the right time to seek support, but if you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing persistent feelings of sadness or anxiety, struggling with relationships, or finding it difficult to cope with day-to-day life, counselling could be a valuable space for you.
Equally, therapy can be helpful in circumstances ranging from going through a big life transition to simply wanting to enhance you’re own self awareness.

The length of therapy varies depending on your personal goals, needs, and circumstances. Some clients find that a few sessions are enough to address a specific issue, while others may benefit from longer-term support to explore deeper patterns and make lasting changes. There is no one-size-fits-all, and importantly, therapy is not always a ‘quick fix’.
Typically, sessions occur weekly and last for 50 minutes, though some clients I see bi-weekly and so there is flexibility. Therapy is a personal journey, and you have control over deciding how you’d like to proceed and for how long.
